Are the cooling cases safe?

Our cooling cases are made from high-quality materials and are safe for adults and children.


What should I do when I receive a defective/wrong product?

USING

How long can the case be used?

Fragile cases can be used at least 3 years.


What kind of bottled the case is suitable for?

For 750 ml bottles of any shape : champagne, wine, water.


How does it work? What are the functions of our cases?

Our cases have two important functions:

1) Rapid Cooling: Our cases efficiently cool the bottle to the perfect drinking temperature in just 20 minutes. They continue to maintain this desired temperature for 2-3 hours, depending on the surrounding air temperature. This means you can enjoy your wine at its best, perfectly chilled and ready to be savored.

2) Temperature Maintenance: Our cases are designed to effectively preserve the ideal temperature of pre-chilled wine during transportation. By insulating the bottle, they ensure that the desired temperature is maintained for up to 5 hours. This provides peace of mind, knowing that your wine's flavor and quality will remain intact.

With our cases, you can easily achieve and maintain the optimal wine temperature, ensuring a delightful drinking experience every time.



How long does it take to cool the case before use?

Subject to frequent use, the case must be stored in the freezer. This is an ice substitute. Minimum - 4 hours, ideally 8 hours (-12° -18°C).


How many hours can the case keep the temperature in the summer under the sun?

A minimum of 1 hour, however depending on the material used in the design this time may vary and be extended up to 3 hours.

Can I modify/cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify an order, add or remove a product once it has been processed.

Once your order has been shipped by us, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Where can I have my order delivered? What are the costs and delivery times?

We serve customers across the globe through our website, ensuring worldwide delivery to Europe, America, and Africa. If your location is not listed on checkout, please send an email to contact@vinfroid.com stating what you would like to order and your address and we can provide you with a shipping quote.


What should I do if I did not find my country in the list?

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How can I return or exchange a product?

Any customer can request the exchange of their intact, unopened, and unused item within 14 days from the date of receipt. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 


What are the refund procedures?

Once your return is processed by our team, we will send you a message informing you of the refund, which will be processed within 48 business hours.
